Common Fault: Hydraulic System Overheating in KOBELCO SK200-8.
Solution: Check the Main Relief Valve for debris or spring fatigue. If the pressure setting is lower than 320 bar, replace the valve assembly. Also, ensure the hydraulic oil cooler is clean of dust.
Maintenance Plan: For Caterpillar 320D, replace engine oil every 500 hours and fuel filters every 250 hours to prevent fuel pump failure.
