Issue: Excavator drifting to one side while walking and hearing metallic grinding from the undercarriage.
Solution: Inspect the Track Rollers (20Y-30-30010). In this case, three rollers had failed due to seal leakage. Replacing them with our excellent sealing performance rollers restored normal operation. Maintenance Tip: Clean mud from the undercarriage daily to prevent the abrasive mixture from destroying the oil seals.
